Garden Tea Evening Silk Hat Large Green Blue tan flower clip This hat clip measures 2Named "The Garden Tea", this light airy rim hat design has been hand cut from silk fabric. The silk applique band has a fun texture, and the added sewn posy beaded flower offers a lovely extra embellishment. The lower rim is cut from a baby blue silk and the top and upper rim from a lilac silk. The rim is trimmed with navy blue and is top stitched. The lining is cut from a light weight cotton weave which makes the hat very breathable and eliminates
