Fermented spontaneously and containing only a whisper of sulphites, it embodies the characteristics of orange wines. A blend of Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Welschriesling grapes, this "living" wine offers a lively profile of apple, yeast and freshness, accented by delicate hints of rose and lychee. Finished with a crown cap closure.
