We wanted to find a balance between our methods and approaches to brewing Double IPAs

we used a lower temperature than normal

hopped with loads of our hand-selected Citra then conditioned on orange peel

We were excited to get together again with the fine folks from Messorem to see how our processes and recipes have evolved over time
