Setting up at dusk one evening in September I waited for traffic to pass by my spot on the side of the bridge

I headed to familiar spot to photograph the tree in Washington Park which I first encountered almost four year ago in similar conditions

The look from this location can differ depending on the time of year as well as the weather so it is always a view I check when walking through the park

Over a course of a few days I came across many variations in the weather which made it fun to explore as well as photograph

the magic of this location is discovered in a simple photograph

Earlier in my visit I had ventured to the path above but for the light show found a nice perspective and captured the show in addition to sitting back and taking in the experience as well.
