The MN Comfort Cushion can increase comfort at any pressure while eliminating excess tissue being sucked into the pump. (AKA the dreaded scrotum or testes being pulled in the tube). Another added benefit is a slight blood flow restriction effect which over time will create a denser amount of blood holding tissue! NOTE: Both sizes will fit a 2" tube.
