Primal Matured Malt Spirit Series 2 1991 Finish: Warming with the softThe second release, in a series of four, for our collaboration with the Primal Spirits craft distillery in Johannesburg. Produced using peated malt, the spirit was matured for a total of 6 months in a combination of 30L American oak bourbon and Sauternes casks. Only 40 bottles were produced, each individually numbered. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 52. 7%. (Bottle size 500ml) See here for our first release and
