Uppercut Sauvignon Blanc 2015 Bottle:1 Colorado distilleryWith a bracing acidity and supple floral fruitiness, this wine makes an excellent companion to seafood; pair it with oysters on the half shell or a variety of fleshy white fish such as mahi mahi or swordfish. We sourced the fruit for this wine from select vineyards in Mendocino and Lake Counties. Both of these regions have large diurnal temperature swings, which allow for slow maturation of complex flavors. Under the heat of the sun, the sugars
