Tasting the wine reveals a fresh and delicious dry ros with a zippy mouthfeel. Light bodied and with good acidity, the fruit turns a bit tart with lemon, lime, orange peel and more. A little white pepper as well as some chalky minerality lead into the dry finish which features some lingering berry
