Zolo Malbec Reserve 2013 Size:750ml sweetly aromatic malt from theFERMENTATION Cold premaceration takes place at 8C for 5 days. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 15 days at 28C then rests on lees for 16 days. 100% malolactic fermentation. TASTING NOTES Intense violet color typical of Argentine Malbec. Concentrated nose of raspberries, violets, blackberries and notes of sweet spices. Soft and sweet mouthfeel with ripe and velvety tannins.
