Read more about it in our History section. It is made from fine oak aged rum, cane sugar and ripe local guavaberries, each berry picked by hand. The fruit is found in the warm hills in the center of the island. The aged liqueur has a woody, fruity, spicy, bitter sweet flavour all of its own. .
