Mezan Dominican Republic 2012 Rum 70cl Domaine Les Barthes It comes from a selectionDistilled in the Dominican Republic in 2012 at the AFD distillery and aged in ex bourbon casks for 10 years (3 years tropical ageing and 7 years European ageing. An intense nose with some vanilla, cinnamon, muscovado notes, coconut, orange blossom and a hint of pepper. A rich oaky frame surrounds a softer body and rounded palate with some light oak and warming exotic spices. Quite balanced on the finish.
