Made with wild grown Agave Marmorata it exhibits fantastic savoury and fruity smoke notes, both slightly vegetal and brightly vibrant. A terrific mezcal. Sweet, damp earth entry showing mild smoked chipotle and fresh asparagus. Notes of lemon peel and pomegranate that give way to a medium strength finish of clove and white pepper. abv 47. 3%
